Attorney Greg Willis Presents DUI Blood Test Defense Seminar

Attorney Greg Willis Presents DUI Blood Test Defense SeminarEarlier this month, Attorney Greg Willis and several members of our legal team presented an Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (ICLE) seminar for the local legal community. Attorneys Lee Webb and Frank Gomez joined Attorney Willis for the presentation which addressed defending DUI cases which involve suspect blood tests and winning DUI trials.

ICLE is an invaluable resource for the Georgia legal community. The organization not only provides literature and online resources for local law practitioners, but also events led by educators, experts, and accomplished legal counsel.

Perhaps nowhere is ICLE more pertinent than in the DUI arena. With laws, penalties, and law enforcement protocol constantly shifting, vigilant counsel is needed to stay abreast of the latest polices and strategies to better serve clients.

Certified NHTSA Curriculum Standardized Field Sobriety Testing graduate Frank Gomez, Esquire served as chairman on the May 8 seminar. Attorney Lee Webb spoke to attendees about the essentials and challenges in securing a DUI acquittal in court. Attorney Greg Willis presented on one the most controversial DUI topics now facing Georgia and much of the rest of the country: DUI suspect blood testing.

Our firm is proud to take part in ICLE and lend our experience and knowledge to further enrich the local legal community. Fostering DUI education and awareness in Greater Atlanta not only creates robust legal industry for Georgia, but helps better serves the public who find themselves in trouble with the law.
